Overview
Due to hygiene and special storage conditions, all personal care products (skin and hair) are not eligible for return or exchange once sold, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order in the following cases:

โขYou received a damaged product.
โขThe product is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.

Conditions for Return:
โขItems must be sealed, unused, and in the same condition as received.
โขItems must be returned in its original packaging.
โขProof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.

Return Process:
1.Submit a return request via our social media channels or our e-mail
2.Our courier will collect the item
3.Returned items will be inspected for eligibility
4.If approved, a full refund will be issued via your original payment method within 10โ15 working days
